Very clever marketing by the club.

When the number last Thursday(incredible at the time) was 10,000 Carl Dilena said most of the number were lapsed members or not on the club's books at all.

The scope for future engagement is enormous.

17,000 is incredible.

The club would hope many may also get a reserved seat next year.

Getting lapsed members/new people connected back/to the club is the key to everything for advertising/club promotions etc etc.

It's great future thinking.

You would think that 75k+ is achievable in 2026

The club now has an onus to be a lot better next year, maintain those they signed up, if not, up their membership package

A solid start to next year will help alot. An opening home game vs a decent opponent and not spending 2/3 of the opening month interstate would go a long way.

So that’s without the +10k start for next year…?
10k - Try 17k -apparently that's what they sold !!! And from what I understand that was all lapsed members, the offer wasn't valid to existing members (can anyone validate that, not sure of the accuracy?)

Bugger - been Sully'd twice in 2 days !!!!

17k - even better.

I got three. One for each of my kids and one for me. I am already a member so not sure how that works. My one was to be for my wife but for some reason it had to be me as I was already registered as the account holder through ticketek or Ticketmaster.

Nah I'm a member & bought 5 that I'll share around with anyone who needs a ticket next season.
