This is spot on. There's a reason Dunkley left them. There's a reason they turfed out their troublemakers as a last ditch effort to fix their culture.

But the issues persist and they're completely oblivious to the fact that the fish rots from the head - these issues will never be fixed until they figure out it's the footy department among other things.
