I seen Galea kicked 5. What a performance from someone in a GF at his age.. What a competitor. Surely he goes out a winner or does he go again.

He would have been a worthy BOG for the winners.

His contest with Kernan was one of the highlights of the game for me and he did help get them up late as did Tarczan with some ferocious tackling.

I thought Rossetti showed why he's the best ruck in the comp and Govan was outstanding for the losers and one of those who you'd be happy if he won the BOG medal.

An awesome (part) day as I had to work in the morning and what a tremendous effort by Macedon. I honestly thought they were gone late in that 1st quarter. Congrats to Riddell who came storming back into the game when they looked gone.

Finally, congrats to the Wallan 19.5 netballers and reserve side who both went through the season without dropping a game.

He played more games for Heathcote than Riddle.
Surely that cant be correct

How is Zac Saad a 3 point player as listed yesterday? Not that it made a difference as they were well under but 3 clubs in 3 years is an additional point, plus senior player transfer that is 3. Just interested to see who audits this stuff?

That was probably Macedon’s chance yesterday but choked bad. In time Gisborne giants will thin out their juniors and unfortunately for them the population is very very low. Will only get harder for them with strong teams all around where they used to pilfer

With josh Govan and there under 19s being good for so long they will be there abouts again next year in my eyes a better team than this year

I’ve heard similar, apparently some big names have already signed from bank and edfl prem asked a bloke I know at centrals and he said he can’t confirm anything

Well i think a lot of people in the know would agree to all those comments.
One by one they feasible.
But coaching is a tough gig and you do what you have to to win the big one.
No matter how you do it

On ya Humphrey B Bear, Riddell were on the canvas today and showed a lot of ticker, a lot of players taking unders to play in a winning culture…goes to show recruiting players that buy in and hang around makes a difference to the recruits some other clubs get on big pay packets for no results. Good work Macedon but not enough

Well partly you’re right. He was a big part of getting them to 4th on the ladder and finals unfortunately things changed with living arrangements and didn’t finish well.

He wasn't getting paid for finals that's why he didn't play so stop with your BS.

Let’s be honest all other clubs didn’t spend there money wisely as they didn’t win it.
South, wallan , diggers ect.
It’s just good the league attracts ex AFL,VFL, and great country footballers.
They all have to get a bit better. Simple

We failed with Pickett cash grab and left, I’ve heard Moore is very close with some diggers blokes and is signing, we have a few massive announcements to come won’t lose a game next year
