Correction it will be my 29th. I was speaking to my brother and he said there were no Guest Passes in 1994. I could have sworn I went30 in total for me. 27 as an AFL member, (including the 2 in 2010).
I also went in 1996 through my dad's friend who had multiple Swans memberships. And 1992/1994 because they were selling Guest Passes due to West Coast playing.
.What checks??What happens when they conduct checks on the nuffies who are transferred tickets via Medallion Club and sit in our prime seats?
The supposed checks on AFL members on GF day. The entitled seat stealing muppets of Medallion club can transfer their tickets to any Joe Blow and come through the same gates as us.What checks??

The little guy can't prosper. The supposed checks on AFL members on GF day. The entitled seat stealing muppets of Medallion club can transfer their tickets to any Joe Blow and come through the same gates as us.
Hence why that whole AFL members cant transfer their tickets is bullshit.
I’ve done it previously at GF and also at prelim last week so would assume so..Does anyone know if you can cross over on GF day.
Giants v Suns - even the AFL couldn't spin that oneSo Silver members will never get GF access again.
Going forward, a silver member should always enter the club ballotHas silver ever really got access? I never got to go as a silver. Went through the club ballot and got lucky that way instead.
I got in with Silver in 2005 and 2006.Has silver ever really got access? I never got to go as a silver. Went through the club ballot and got lucky that way instead.
I remember looking as a matter of interest as a Richmond silver during the Hawthorn 3-peat (2014 I think) and there were a few single tickets available. This was at least a day after they went on sale to non club silvers.I got in with Silver in 2005 and 2006.
In regards to non playing Silver members? So Silver members will never get GF access again.
there would have to be more gold members (25k minimum at a guess) than seats available 12-15k I think without looking it up.Just after some clarification re ticket allocation if anyone can help. I was under the impression that ALL Gold Members were guaranteed a GF ticket. Is this still the case?
If it is then there must be enough seats for the number of Gold Members so none of them miss out.
So since there were no seats available for Silver Members that must mean every single Gold Member purchased a ticket.
So not one Gold Member decided not to get a ticket. I find that very difficult to believe.

I signed up in 07, must've just missed outI got in with Silver in 2005 and 2006.
Thanks for clearing that up. I still reckon I’ve been scammed thoughYou are not correct.
Gold members are capped at 30,000.
There are around 13,000 seats for afl members, therefor not every member is guaranteed a ticket.
The competing club gold members are in theory guaranteed a ticket.
Never went any other time as silver.I signed up in 07, must've just missed out

On that day the membership will become worthlessI can't wait for the day where gold club support miss out on a ticket.
Pies and someone else.
I was wondering how it worked back in the old days of queuing up rather than booking tix. Did silver have the same access if they queued up for the GF but just had to pay extra? Or did they never used to get admission to the GF?Has silver ever really got access? I never got to go as a silver. Went through the club ballot and got lucky that way instead.
I got in with Silver in 2005 and 2006.
