It takes building a premiership calibre culture
Don't ignore how Brisbane amassed their list but look deeper into now they built their culture.
Every player goes into that club and is taught their role and how they fit into the grand scheme of things. Every coach. Every staff member.
It's been built from the bottom up.
They're stronger than the sum.of their incredible parts.
We may not be blessed with the same set of rules in building our list that they were but everything else is achievable.
Build out culture, our team, our Carlton First attitude. A lot has to go rightz surez but if it's not Carlton First it may as well be Carlton Last.
Time to build on the foundations of the monogram.

I called the Pies falling off back in July and a few times before that too...
A lot of people on here were shitting themselves that they were going to win the flag.
This is why I'm so adamant that we will fall off next year, too much reliance on 30+ yr olds...
Our backline will consist of Haynes, Saad and Newman... possibly Gov too if he stays...
Our midfield Cripps, Hewett possibly Acres if we don't trade him... how is that going to compete with Brisbane? No chance in hell...
I'm glad GW is refreshing the list. If he gets it wrong, unfortunately, its just more bad luck... but its def the right strategy to take us forward to a flag.
