If WCE and Richmond bid at picks 2 and 3 that would mean the Suns require 4,193 points (already discounted) to match both.

If WCE get pick 2 compo and all current picks slide down GC would start with 3,690 points


If suns then acquire St Kildas what would be pick 8 for Flanders, that boosts them to 5,133

However they would be losing picks to get Petracca.

This could be made extremely difficult for the suns and we could benefit greatly!

They are simply going to slide picks back for more points. They aren't going to miss out on Uwland or Patterson lol.

Well, he did, which was what sparked the discussion.

It was obvious from his comment that the possibility of him not being matched in a bid had been raised.

The logical extension of that, is why would he have been worded up in that manner?

Is it possible that the Suns are happy with the drive off HB that they currently have with Rioli and Noble?

Do they rate Addinsal, Coulson, Murray and Collins as better fits in their list structure?

Cooper Collins is one that is flying under the radar, kid has serious talent (according to those better placed to judge than me)

These questions and the subsequent answers are worthy of discussion.

Why do people think so many suns players are now meeting with other clubs? It's no coincidence.

Gold Coast will prioritize their home grown talent . Really hope some of us aren't going to waste hours and hours talking about how those players end up here. Leave that for the Eagles board.

We did that for years with Luke Parker, can't see it stopping now..
