Yeah that sounds like unders for a contracted best 22 player, but I also don't know anything about next years draft. A third rounder in last years draft might have been a decent exchange for your list demographic and a 29 year old. A third rounder could have gotten any number of Boxshall, Sam Davidson, Alex Dodson, that's a good return.

I wonder if it won't be multiple pick swaps? Eg. Future St Kilda 2nd round and 4th round pick for Ryan and West Coast 3rd round pick?

I wonder if your list management team isn't still salty about us trading up the pick before you to nab Boxshall? Haha. Then to come back next year and ask for a contracted Ryan... This one could be the painful deal for our recruiting mob I'd reckon

There is no way we trade Boxshall. He is going to be a jet for us. For context he came second in the Sandringham best and fairest despite playing only 9 games. He's a really exciting prospect.
