I hate the way the Chiefs disrespect us with the trick plays. I can live with losing (I'm a Raiders and West Coast Eagles fan, ffs) but I hate that they think we're a joke.
We kind of are though...

Probably the worst game I've seen them play, and I was there live when they lost 52-0 in St. Louis to the Rams in 2014.

Today was absolute crap. I understand that when your starting left tackle and top 2 receivers are out, things could look a bit clunky on offence. But there's zero excuses for the crap dished up today. Unwatchable.

I can't help but think if Pete didn't have such a good reputation that Mark would have fired him this week as they entered the bye. Won't be surprised in the slightest if there is one or two changes on the staff this week, not that I think it'll matter.

My biggest annoyance if you can call it that, is that this team clearly needs to embrace a full on rebuild, yet Pete is uncharacteristically playing vets over young players. Charles Grant should be getting snaps ahead of Stone Forsythe. JPJ should never be benched for Alex Cappa under any circumstance. Darien Porter should not be seeing the bench due to Kyu Blu Kelly for crying out loud. Even the two rookie DL, Hemingway and Pegeus, why aren't they even suiting up let alone actually getting some game time?

I will be surprised if this team wins more than 3 games this year. The only positive is that it will give them a top 5 pick to get a QB in round one whom they can build around.

Will not be surprised in the slightest if Pete is one and done.

What about the old saying next man up. No man showed up. Losing Butler pregame then Maxx but ....nothing.

Plus. There are more professional people at the club than us. Can't they see all this. I read the exact same comments in the Raider media. Play young guys etc. Pity any poor young QB who comes to us with this Oline. It'll be like Cam Ward.
Mark is going to be paying for 3 ex coaches if Uncle Pete goes.

I'm sure they see the problems to a degree. But we see it in pretty much every sport, coaches who face adversity of sorts go one of two ways. They either fix it, or they create more problems. And right now I think this coaching staff are creating more problems out there than they are fixing.

This OL isn't that bad. A lot of metrics suggest it's about a league average line. Geno is making it look worse than it actually is.

I'm not sure how Pete keeps his job at this point. Lots still to play out but this isn't exactly looking good for him. I just want to see him commit to playing the young guys and embrace the rebuild. There's no way that playing some young guys would see the results be any worse on the field than the crap dished up today.

At some point, it is the ownership that is the problem. Mark has a history of hiring coaches who think we’re about to make the playoffs.

I thought Pete was a good choice to break the cycle and set the culture up for the next coach to take us over the top. I thought he would accept this role as his legacy piece. But I was concerned when he started talking about winning now - I was hoping it was just words for impatient fans.

I haven’t given up hope just yet but we’re going to need a strong second half of the season - although that just makes our draft situation worse.

Part of my hope is Brady’s role in the team. He won’t stand for repeated short term-ism. But will he stick around to help be part of the solution?

Germaine Pratt isnt the greatest player, but he does nothing at the Raiders, gets released, picked up by the Colts, and immediately over the span of a couple games racks up 15 tackles. Something amiss with the coaching in LV one would presume from that.

Afaik know he left because of personality clash.

K’Lavon Chaisson is the AFC defensive player of the week The NFL announced on Wednesday that Chaisson was named the AFC defensive player of the week in recognition of that performance. It’s a first for Chaisson, who has 4.5 sacks on the season and is now a half-sack away from tying his single-season high.

In Week 7, according to NFL NextGen Stats, Tre Tucker's 6.6 average yards of separation per catch led the entire league. This means that Tucker was getting more open than any other NFL wide receiver or tight end last weekend.

When broadening the scope, however, this is not unusual for Tucker. So far this season, he has the fifth-highest average yards of separation per catch in the league, which means he is getting open at an incredibly high rate.

Earlier today at 1:05pm, Mark Davis lit the Al Davis Memorial Torch at Allegiant Stadium in honor of and tribute to his mother, Carol Davis, the First Lady of Raider Nation, who passed away on Friday afternoon at the age of 93.
Her strength and resilience, although not seen by the masses, were always on display to those who were fortunate to be in her presence. She was a strong woman who exuded a compassionate and loving side.
Carol provided unbridled support and unparalleled guidance to the Davis family and the Raiders organization for over 60 years. Her direct impact on the Greatness of the Raiders continues to be felt, cherished, and honored, and is woven into the fabric of this historic franchise. If Al was the heart of the Raiders, Carol was the soul.
