Changing subjects a touch.
I finished up (loose term, there were naps involved) watching that Dallas Cowboys doco on Netflix this weekend.

It was fine. The first half was really good, but it dragged on way too long. Probably 2, 2.5 episodes too long. The story could have been told much more concise.

One scary take away, and I don't think it was intentional at all, is just how cognitively **** most of the ex players are. Concussion is a horrible thing that doesn't go away after you retire.

Can’t say I’ve seen it, what’s the basis? Just the football team generally speak? Specific era? How much of an absolute f***wit their owner is?

I thought it was great - maybe a touch long. Bit of a 2000s Eagles feeling to it.

Just mainly about the team and the players/coaches/owner relationships.

How Jerry Jones bought the team in the late 80s, they were very bad with a 1 win season, and going on to dominate the early/mid 90s.

Jones doesn't come across too bad, but than again, I doubt he would have allowed anything too negative or demeaning to be aired

I say go crazy - Gold Class, premium snacks and drinks, maybe even a hand-shandy under the blanket during the previews. Gotta make your own decisions on movies and not trust reviews, no matter how many innumerable amount of them are saying it absolutely stinks.


As for Leto, he peaked when he got his face mashed in in Fight Club.
