Power Metal is one of those harder subgenres to fully appreciate for me. Some of the vocal styles is too out there

Only a couple of power metal bands I can enjoy. Blind Guardian the only one I reach for regularly, unless you count Running Wild as a power metal band.

Running Wild are great. I call them just a Heavy Metal band in the Accept mould

Could’ve been worse, guy in the front GA got arrested 30 seconds into Creeping Death. Put up more of a fight than the Swans did in the last two Grand Finals tho

Metallica was amazing tonight! They have so many good songs, thought the set list was pretty good. Hard to argue with it as they can’t play everything.
Their sound and tone was spot on! Not sure what it was like seated, I imagine echoey or flat due to the roof closed. But quite close in GA, was insane.
Didn’t care much for the cover, but it was a bit of fun. People come to see Metallica, not a cover.

Easily one of their best off KEA for me, along with Jump in the Fire, Hit the Lights, No Remorse n Phantom Lord!

A few on there i dont rate as much as other heads do..

When i saw Priest a few months back it was obvious Halford was going offstage for oxygen every few songs and they chose a lot of songs with pre recorded intros to give him a break.

Depends how good the performance is.

I remember they played Fight Fire With Fire in 2010 which is one of my favs but they completely butchered it Lars couldn't keep up.
