Chip Kelly could be following McMahon who I think came with McDaniels. Another failure

Cant come soon enough. The moment he messed with Jeanty and his stance he should of been fired.

How he keeps getting jobs is one of life's mystery he was horrible at Eagles, 49ers.

System works at the college level due to the disparity of talent.

Shit don’t cut it in the pros.

I have an idea how we can improve courtesy of our co owner

Tom Brady says his dog is a clone.

The six-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback and current Fox Sports broadcaster said Tuesday in a statement from a company he is an investor in that his dog, Junie, is a clone of his late dog, Lua.

Brady made the announcement on the same day that Colossal Biosciences, a venture capital-backed biotech start-up, made an acquisition of another animal cloning firm, Viagen Pets and Equine.

Colossal, which aims to "fix" extinction, among other goals, is said to be valued at $10 billion -- and this is its first major acquisition

A restaurant in a popular area near the famed Las Vegas Strip was damaged after an explosive device exploded on Thursday, police said.

Authorities said an improvised explosive device (IED) was detonated at Piero's Italian Cuisine, which is across the street from the city's convention centre. The restaurant was empty at the time of the blast early on Thursday morning.

The suspects were dressed in black and walked up to the front door of the restaurant and placed the device, Sheriff Kevin McMahill said during a news conference on Thursday.

Seriously why draft a RB in first if only going to give him 6 carries ?
Was so bad. But also pretty hard to run the ball when 2 to 3 defenders are in the backfield standing next to him when he gets the handoff.

Send Chip Kelly into the sun.

Send the entire coaching staff with him.

In all seriousness, I've been watching football since 1999. I would get up at 230am Adelaide time on a Monday morning (a school day) to watch the bed and breakfast offensive Raiders when I was going through high school. I have travelled to the States numerous times and seen some woeful games including JaMarcus Russell's last start as a Raider in 2009, and the 52-0 drubbing in St. Louis in 2014.

What we are seeing right now with this team is worse than any of that. This is a team that needs a full blown rebuild, starting by acquiring a young QB and building the thing up from scratch. Meanwhile, the coaching staff is making head scratching personnel moves with regards to playing time seemingly every game, all under the guise of trying to win now. The confusion or should I say the gap between how the coaches are trying to coach this team, and the objective facts as to where this team currently sits, has never been wider in my time as a fan.

But don't fire them until the end of the season. Getting rid of them during the season will no doubt add a boost to the team and they'd probably fluke a win or 2 down the stretch that will compromise their draft position.

They need to tank. It starts with tanking the rest of this year and getting a top 3 pick in the draft. That gives you a real chance at getting one of the top 2 QBs in this class, Mendoza or Simpson (my preference is Mendoza).

You get a top pick and by virtue of that, you will have access to a young QB of your choosing, and with comp picks they're looking at having 10 draft picks in this upcoming class, giving great versatility to go up or down the board to target specific players. In addition, they will have well over 100 million in cap space to spend this off season.

They are the very ingredients that top young coaches want when they are assessing head coaching opportunities.

Don't stuff this opportunity up, again, Raiders.

As good as Mark Davis was to seal the Las Vegas deal, which gave the Raiders a viable long-term valuation ... things will only change when you get a new owner, more business savy, knows how to identify and hire people (in this case football people). Then those football people can and will turn the Raiders around very quickly, in just 1-2 years on the job.

The front office they've assembled is pretty damn good imo. And Mark is deferring to the other owners at this point - he's acknowledged he hasn't been able to get it done. Which is why he brought Egon Durban and Mike Meldman in along with Tom Brady and Tom Wagner.

This can be turned around in a few years provided the coaching staff and the front office are in lock step building it together. Right now, that is not the case.

The O Line was so bad at times yesterday they lined Jeanty up in front of Geno in shotgun and he basically was just trying to fill gaps in the line to block it seemed. Sure we need a QB, but we need to draft/sign O Line so badly this off season.

Tyler Lindebaum would be ideal.
Kolton Miller and JPJ to return from injuries. Who knows what they have in Rogers and Grant? If only they'd play them to see where they're at.

One area where Jeanty has thrived is forcing missed tackles, which he's done on 31.8 percent of his rushing attempts, the third-highest rate among RBs this season (min. 100 carries). Jeanty might not reach his potential in Year 1, but that's due to the vast issues surrounding him on this offense and team.
