I joined 1 hour before and was about the same. I started another session 5 minutes before and was only a few hundred.Got my Queue ID about an hour before they went on sale, was still 4300+ in the queue when it went live.

"Adding these tickets to your basket will exceed the limit for this event. Go to your basket"

tried every combination, and nothing .... FFSyeah what does this mean? it only goes through when you do 1 x AFL member and 1 x adult (2 in total)
finally got two tickets, had to use just one bar code and order two tickets. not sure if someone else has used my second barcode or WTF..Any luck?
I just played around. Adult tickets allow 1 per membership. Child or Concession seems to allow more but it fails if you add 2 of these. Reducing back to 1 and it works. I think they forgot to update the options for that drop down. It is supposed to be only 1 per member so they did it half right.
I'm glad you got it sorted. Despite the hiccups it is good they gave members a chance to get tickets to other games before they went on sale to the general public. Last year the small venues sold out very quickly.finally got two tickets, had to use just one bar code and order two tickets. not sure if someone else has used my second barcode or WTF..
I emailed the AFL before i finally got the tickets. they replied that "the issue has been resolved".I'm glad you got it sorted. I guess to try and flog more tickets off. That and we can fake a sellout and AFL make it a ticketed eventwhy is the opening round mcg game going on sale so early?
