What has sos done wrongCollingwood terminated that person's employment. If St Kilda had any form of integrity they'd tap SOS on the shoulder and suggest he step down for the good of the club.

No they wouldn’tCollingwood terminated that person's employment. If St Kilda had any form of integrity they'd tap SOS on the shoulder and suggest he step down for the good of the club.
Id say all the evidence points towards him being a psychopath.Sorry, I can’t find Ray Jay’s post.
So MAP is where they profile prisoners to determine needs, appropriate containment and socialisation difficulties.
“Planning for the Melbourne Assessment Prison began in 1974, with construction commencing in December 1983. The prison was completed in 1989 at a cost of $80 million. It was officially opened on 6 April 1989 by the then Premier of Victoria and received its first prisoners on 29 May 1989. Initially known as the Melbourne Remand Centre, the prison was originally built to accommodate remand prisoners. In 1997 the prison became the reception prison for all male prisoners in Victoria and was renamed the Melbourne Assessment Prison.”
I believe he’ll end up in a low or med security facility - he’s a grub, not a hardened criminal or a psychopath(I hope)
HindsightHe has already buried any chance of getting off with the Uber receipt.
He could have simply denied denied denied and with basically no evidence besides “he said she said” and potetially with his partners testimony to support him it could have given the jury reasonable doubt with no solid evidence against him. His partner could have even offered an alibi.
Unfortunately for him he ruined that when he tried to doctor evidence.

He should step down for the good of the club I agree, but only because he is terrible at his job.Collingwood terminated that person's employment. If St Kilda had any form of integrity they'd tap SOS on the shoulder and suggest he step down for the good of the club.
Id say all the evidence points towards him being a psychopath.
If that's true it would explain why the world is the way it is, then. Zero accountability from the rapist or his spineless parents.
Also subsequent phone calls between the two that the police tapped. Was there any evidence other than her word and doctored uber receipt?
I assume if it was "digitally" there wouldn't be much physical?
Based from what I can gather it's likely he did do it but if that's all the evidence they have I don't know if I would be sure enough to give that as a verdict
Hindsight or common sense? He doctored an uber receipt of a man she had a relationship with as if she wouldn’t have asked him wtf happened. Moronic action which was always going to get found out.Hindsight
How is that case even remotely similar?Do you remember the Duke Lacrosse case?
Surely if that happened it would a huge part of this story, especially now that TS has been found guilty. If that’s the case then I hope they jail him- that is corruption 101, no wonder his son is a rapist.
do you have a link to this statement?SOS's statement was really poor, he should have said nothing..he looks like he hasn't slept in months and isn't thinking straight.
The victims impact statement is so harrowing. I don't know how you could read it and think he wasn't guilty. It would have been the brave thing for the parents to listen to it but I can respect that it's complicated. Their son is telling them he didn't do it and they so badly want to believe. They'll probably come to the realisation in time.
I doubt it happened.Surely if that happened it would a huge part of this story, especially now that TS has been found guilty.
I’m confused, so if it’s true her partner left and didn’t come back who does Tom claim r*ped her? Does he admit he was the person who came upstairs and said to her boyfriend was coming back to the house?
Take care of yourselfI am a rape survivor (from more than one person). I am not detailing my experiences but you never get over it.
Some of the comments in here and on Facebook are actually making me feel sick and upset. I am going to have to step away from reading anything further.
There's a female perspective for you.
Neese out
Which they did.Silvagni doesn't have to claim anyone r*ped her - he can simply state that he did not rape her - ie the events she is describing did not take place.
The prosecution has to prove it happened and that the accused is guilty.
It's in this articledo you have a link to this statement?
Yes, I sense a ‘Men’s rights’ influx debating evidential info they’ve never been privvy to.Which they did.
Which they did.
