think I’ll just get him and hope it’s a load management thing. I’d rather he miss training than a match….it’s not ideal though.

While my motivation isnt necessarilly fading and im still thoroughly enjoying the game, i am spending considerably less time on it and as such i have made no plans for chips. I know Arsenal have the double next round so triple captain is an option but i really havent looked into wildcard or free hit. I used my bench boost last round which turned out being pretty terrible...but i wont lose heart.

Would enjoy hearing opinions regarding chip use for sure! Good luck to all for this upcoming round.

current template chip strategy is…

• dead end your team into the blank in 31
• wildcard 32 to set up for the big double gameweek in 33
• bench boost in DGW33
• free hit in 34 when the teams that doubled in 33 all blank (the teams affected by the FA Cup semi finals will blank. as many as 8 depending on how the draw pans out)
• TC in 26 or there’s a chance that some teams might double in GW36 instead of 33.

the glory of top of the league was short lived.
63 points for a fairly significant but not disastrous red arrow. Down to 41k OR.

I’m happy with the team though and I’ll probably roll the transfer this week. The only real decision is whether or not to triple captain Gabriel.

Why would the average have any bearing on whether you go up or down in rank? It's not as if you're in the bottom half of players?

80 which im stoked with. However, i made Enzo captain who was my only 'onfield' scorer who blanked. Also since James didnt play i got Tarkowski as the fill in who was my only other player who blanked. Richards & Thiago on my bench combined for 13.

It was a lucky round for me with basically only 3 low scores from my 15. Tarkowski & Enzo 2 & Dubravka 1. I did have Bruno as captain but took it off him late for Enzo which looks terrible now.

Anyway, ill definitely take the 80 and a big green arrow which puts me back in the top 500k at 485k overall

I don’t think I can TC a defender with 2 away games. even if it’s an Arsenal defender, even if the fixtures are good, even if he has more attacking threat than half my attackers.
But the temptation to do it because everyone else is is high. It’s basically a defensive move to maintain rank.
If I don’t I’ll be going into a DGW with double defence and hoping they blank

I caved in the end and went with the crowd.
It’s possible that GW33 is the only other double we get and even if I don’t bench boost none of the big attackers have a great fixture.
…it’s also possible we get another Man City double that includes Burnley
