Two things can be right a the same time.
Cornes is one of the better in-game commentators and one of the few who is willing to call out players for poor performances.
He also does the click-bait shtick, which drives me insane. His take on Aaron Naughton being a poor player is a typical example. Naughton went from an underdone, middling performer early last year (recovering from glandular fever) to one of the best forwards in the comp n the second half. But Kane never let up.
But here we are talking about him, which is all he really wants.

Same. Between the ads, the commentators (especially BT and JB) and the fuzzy 1080i that hurts my eyes (1080p is miles better) it's become unwatchable.

His tactical insights have always been there, I remember he regularly corrected BT for basic shit early on , but his media craft has improved from what I've seen.

If he did the outrage inducing stuff in a more targeted way, instead of overdoing it, it'd be more tolerable and more impactful I think. But I get why as he's getting paid well to do it.

I'm always down for anything that pisses off the boys club so I don't mind that element of Korn.

I think Hodge's best attribute is that he actually doesn't speak too much. Doesn't talk for the sake of it.

My own view I like Cornes for the same reason. And I like both because they actually seem to have independent opinions. There are too few of them.
