    Ok I exaggerated a bit about every other team in AFL having stand alone clubs but as you say thats where the rest are moving. Also you say the majority of VFL are affiliations, isnt this exactly what the eagles are trying do. Seems to working pretty well in the VFL.

    I just dont get why all the WAFL supporters are so pissed by this. If their clubs did not vote against the eagles having a stand alone club in the WAFL like every other club in the AFL this would not have happened.
