    Jason Rae used to play for Centrals in the SANFL a few years ago (mostly underage/reserves and a couple of league games from what I remember). Always had the talent but he seemed to lose interest after not getting many opportunities in the league. Hope he's enjoying playing in the NT!

    Bring Back the Foundation Cup

    I totally agree with you! Surely the likes of the old Foundation Cup could be brought back to life - there is plenty of support out there for local footy that's for sure! A pre-season comp is far more interesting than trial games and it helps to fill the trophy cabinet! :D

    Sturt Football Club - Established 1901

    Congratulations to the Sturt Football Club on taking out the 2002 SANFL Premiership. Have to admit Sturt played a hell of a lot better than we did on the day - still can't believe we let the opportunity to win 3 in a row slip :( Vengeance will be ours in 2003!
