    too much of an outside player. doesn't get enough of his own ball, although had a good national championship, so was abit of suprise not to be drafted. the TAC final against Eastern must have played a part where his deficencies stoodout and was unsighted after half-time.

    Bate is a very good long kicking left footer. capable to kick goals form outside 50. reads play well and has the ability to lose his opponent on a lead. needs to work on his right foot. will probably end up playing a role similar to cameron ling.

    footy's about getting the ball and doing something with it. Speaking well doesn't help u get it. Matty Little a much better prospect and he appears will not go untill the 3rd round, so I wouldn't think bain will go before that. He was asked some pretty soft questions. Pretty standard answers.

    Deluca is still 17 and will develop given the right enviroment. He is very agile for a bloke his size and good below his knees. Meeson is also an excellent ruck/forward.

    totally agree, very much overrated. maybe drafted in the 30-40 range. I hope richmond don't draft him with any pick. We don't need soft outside players who can't deliver the ball on either side with neither hand or foot.

    Dark Horses This Year

    totally agree about spangher.Good athlete, runs all day , good pace. Can take a mark and has a great leap. Also, can play in a number of positions. Did a good job in defence during the finals with eastern. Should be given time to develop at an AFL club. Would be a good late pick.
