the eagles are trying to get a nomination/exemption for a guy who is from the ACT. he has been selected in next years AIS squad but his birthday is june of '87. apparantly the date for an exemption has passed but the eagles are trying through a back door. im not sure why im telling people here but i supose most clubs would be aware of him.

It isn't as if no-one could work out who you were talking about. All they had to do was look at who played from the ACT in the U18 championships and then see who of those is going to the AIS academy next year. If a player gets an exemption then the first thing other clubs are going to do is take a closer look at him as the club that tries for the exemption can't keep it a secret.

As a keen follower of Youth football in Adelaide particuarly Catholic schools (Sacred Heart) i belive Kaleb Dunchue has the ability to dominate the ruck with his height and vertical leap.

Matthew Spangher - Eastern Ranges, if not a late draft pick, maybe a rookie draft prospect

totally agree about spangher.Good athlete, runs all day , good pace. Can take a mark and has a great leap. Also, can play in a number of positions. Did a good job in defence during the finals with eastern. Should be given time to develop at an AFL club. Would be a good late pick.
