It's the same competition. Just informing you that there has already been a team to wear those colours.

    Palmer's Kicking

Come on Buddy, get your hand off it. Palmer would easily be in the bottom 25% of AFL players for disposal. Even the ones that go to a team mate end up putting them under pressure because it tumbles or wobbles to them. If you are happy with his disposals, then you have pretty low standards.

    Number 9 (was 30) - Marcus Drum (pick 10 2005 ND)

17 games isn't too bad when you consider that they don't expect kids like him to play any in their first season. And if i remember correctly, i think he played 6 or so games in his first year when we won 13 on the trott, then he slipped on the Telstra Dome surface and strained a leg muscle. he...

    Number 9 (was 30) - Marcus Drum (pick 10 2005 ND)

Ease up Geoff. He's only 21 still and by memory he missed out on the 2004 draft by one day so he was drafted later then some others around the same age.

    Grover cleared

I was watching the game at a pub and the Tiger supporter next to me called Grover a dog and other things. I said that his hand actually hit the footy first. Even after the replay which showed i was right, the Tigers guy kept making a song and dance and said that he was no-where near the ball...

    Freo V Richmond- Match Review.

Palmer would have to be one of the worst kicks in the AFL. By all reports he has had a good pre-season and I would have thought that his kicking would be the one thing that he'd be trying to improve on. He had a few blunders in the intra-club match and i gave him the benifit of the doubt. But...

    footy is back!!

The AFL said last year that the player making the bump (Maxwell) is responsible for any contact made to the head. This included if it was accidental. The AFL need to be more consistant with their finding on this sort of stuff. It's a joke. I personally think those bumps are fine but if there is...

To me, he is like McManus. I like them, and I like them playing for Freo. It's just the little errors that really annoy me. McManus was so frustration to watch as a supporter when he was stumbling over al the time. Not saying Rhys does that, but it remindes me of that. There are plenty of other...

I'm not a huge fan of rhys yet because of his skill errors. In the AFL there is pressure for a whole four qtrs, this is when his skills need to lift. I have been thru a few of last years matches and he kicks alot of kicks along the ground or puts a team mate under huge pessure. His handballs...

Yeah fair point, Lets just wait and see what happens in the first nab cup game. See how many errors there are then. Not just the ones that are counted on the stats sheet, but the little ones like that which are sometimes very costly to the team. These are supposed to be the best footballers in...

i play reserves in country footy and i can bounce the ball properly. What he did after that was good but if he can't bounce the ball back up to himself then he is gonna be in a bit of trouble against the better teams. he does it so often that i think he needs to go back and learn the basics...
