    IMO his major weakness was his obsession with picking really really skinny guy as KP players. Have a look at our list, Grant, Everitt, Boumann, Wight, Tiller, all of them are stick thin. I don't Cordy obviously.

    You realise the guy Williams played on yesterday is 21 (Williams is 23) and has played only a couple more games than him due to injuries. I would say that is what developing young talent looks like.
