FMD that 'chef' was even worse than I remembered, great TV.

Tim was fired immediately after Ramsay's second visit, and since then his life has taken a downward spiral. He briefly worked in television before returning to the kitchen, but unfortunately has unable to keep a job in this field due to the notoriety from the episode. He was arrested twice in 2007 - once for a DUI, and again for assault. Recent reports show that he's working on changing his name and leaving England.
