Interesting BT! There are quite a few similarities so trying to decipher the right answer is the tricky part!
First of all, all artists were subject to legal proceedings to do with plagurism for these respective songs! To do with original songwriting!
Then there is the fact that they were released as the first singles from their respective albums!

My official answer is seeing the question is to do with what the songs have in common, not the artists
i'm going with they were all the 1st song listed on their album!

You got the answer I was after , they were all subject to legal proceedings for plagiarism . The Beatles , Rod Stewart, Beach Boys and Led Zeppelin all settled out of court .
Fogerty was the funniest one , his old record label sued him because The Old Man sounded just like Run To The Jungle from Creedence . However Fogerty went to court and the judge decided that he can’t plagurise himself so the case was dismissed, lol.

All of these songs writers copied from other songs ?...Not plagiarism mind you...no no no ...they are all way to famous in their own right
Obviously I don't have any proof here . Just a guess.

In all these cases you could argue that the songs were just similar except one . Come Together by the Beatles actually used some of the lines from the original song . John Lennon didn’t seem to worry about it and agreed to do three songs by the original song writer on his next album . Although I did read somewhere once that he never got around to it lol .
