He had some personality issues that wouldn't have made his lifeeasy & then they do this. I honestly think, if he were circling them that he was telling the truth & was trying to lookout for them. Icould see someone wanting to do the right thing. I get classed as "weird" all the time. I AM weird but that's just me & my personality. Every person this guy worked with thought he was a serial killer. Why else would the cops bug the entire office & then surveillance s**t fall through the roof onto his desk? I bet they let it all come down on his desk on purpose, just to you know... make him confess to the crimes he did not commit

Why have you included Bull and Falconer

Commissioners of the day. At one stage, Dawson was in charge of the Claremont operation.

As you stated, evidence in the Mason case was withheld. Evidence withheld and construed. People will come under criticism.

Commissioner Dawson's recent appointment of Commissioner a political one by the WA Labor government apparently.

Janes body being directly south of the Perth GPO, then Jane and Ciara's body either side of the Claremont hotel, 90 degrees to the Claremont GPO opposite the Conti doorway, Southern Cross (GPO) and Kalgoorlie GPO could be indicative of someone looking at Telecom maps.

Here is a Perth map with which radiates out from the Perth GPO. GPO's were once the telephone exchanges. It would take someone with knowledge about Telecom history. It could be a cable map.

Here is a typical map with radial distance out from the Perth GPO. Jane is directly south of that. If it is reconciled with a police cartographer, it could prove a premeditated act.

*If you look carefully, you will see the radial distance rings in grey from the Perth GPO. Not to be confused with LPO's (Licensed Post Offices) which are never telephone exchanges.

Very long very difficult road ahead. Over 580 witnesses.

Claremont serial killings: Violent pornography ruled out in Bradley Robert Edwards trial https://thewest.com.au/news/claremo...n-bradley-robert-edwards-trial-ng-b881141529z

In his ruling, Justice Hall said the so-called Huntingdale Prowler evidence – which detailed a series of bizarre sightings of a man breaking into houses and stealing women’s clothing close to where Mr Edwards lived in Huntingdale – would be admissible in relation to the allegations that he subsequently attacked a young girl in a house in the same area.

However, that evidence will not be admissible in relation to the allegations that he murdered Sarah Spiers, Ciara Glennon and Jane Rimmer several years later.

The facts of that alleged Huntingdale attack will be admissible in the murder charges.

The evidence about Mr Edwards previously attacking a woman at Hollywood hospital in 1990 – a crime he admitted – will be included in the vast evidentiary brief.

And the evidence labelled the Telstra Living Witness evidence – which details five occasions where a man driving a Telstra vehicle stopped to pick up lone women in the Claremont area in 1995 and 1996 - will also be led in the murder charges, but not the Huntingdale offence.

The evidence surrounding Mr Edwards final charge – that he raped a woman in Karrakatta cemetery after grabbing her off the street in Claremont – is admissible to all the charges, Justice Hall ruled.

But the pornography – which was said to include violent “snuff rape” film called “Forced Entry”, and stories said to have eerie similarities to at least one of the alleged crimes - will not be included in the trial at all, after the judge ruled it was not sufficiently relevant.

The editor of the West Australian should now be questioning his sensationalist publication of the pornography. Have to say I'm a little surprised the stories didn't make the grade for the trial.

Five instances where a Telstra guy stopped to pick up lone women and I'm betting they'll be pointing towards the accused, otherwise there's no point them being there. Makes you wonder how many attempts at various 'things' a CSK made and how many 'might have been me' ladies will be giving evidence. Also makes you wonder why the alleged perp wasn't found sooner.

580 witnesses, jeepers.

The Huntingdale prowler evidence being disallowed in relation to Claremont is interesting. However it can be used in the Huntingdale incident.

Then i read that the facts of the alleged Huntingdale attack will be admissable toward the Claremont charges.

Seems contradictory to me?

I'm not happy that his "stories" didn't make the final cut

To me the admissibility of the stories would have to have depended on when they were initially commenced e.g. before or after the alleged attacks. It would also be almost impossible to prove the accused actually physically input the story data.

Just to touch on the means of gathering DNA in WA.
Today I was told that if you are pulled up by a booze bus (Breath and Drug Ops Bus) there are certain offences that warrant a DNA sample.
Eg: If you are found to be driving under licence suspension, then you can have your DNA taken.

So in essence, a simple oversight of not paying your fines on time, or letting your drivers licence lapse could find you submitting DNA if you are pulled over.

This article gives the reasoning behind what you have been told. I don't consider non payment of a fine would be a valid reason for sample collection.
