I know that it's only 2 weeks in, I acknowledge that we have lost Jack for up to 8 weeks because our coaching staff put him back on the ground after wrecking his wrist.
I understand that we have lost our premier defender in Rance for the season, and our best Swingman in Houli
for God knows how long.
But hell's Bells, when your senior coach comes out and says that we are a 1 ruckman team. Wtf , ATM we are playing a style circa 2015, no pressure, guarding space, no tackles.
Have we regressed that far in such a short time ? , Or was our window only supposed to be fleeting ?

So we could very well win all 6 of those games. They just need to start playing with some hunger, if they do that this week then there might be a bit of hope.

Just on Jack going back on the ground had nothing to do with it.
It’s that type of injury that was ****ed the second he landed on it and I knew it straight away.
Can come back on without further damage but be in pain and have limited effect.
Without surgery though rest will only do so much and every day tasks like even eating dinner is a hindrance to recovery. Absolute prick of an injury that will be with him all season but he’ll find a way to manage with it taped up when he comes back.
Bit let’s not say the coaches ****ed him bu sending him back out there, they have no say anyway it’s rhe docs call.

I reckon that it would be pretty much standard that any team that hits the right vein of form at the right time of the year will probably win the flag.

OMG we had an off night just like the dees did, the hawks imploded, eagles were trash in round 1, pies were off the boil in round 1, GWS got creamed.

I'm guessing the eagles were lucky, pies were lucky to make the GF, dees lucky to make the prelims, GWS lucky, hawks lucky.

Imagine if say it was just like last season where you are in great form but run out of steam at the end, or like saints in 2009-10 where they were dominating but won nothing.
