is he hoping to get back this year ? any updates ?

Too hard to tell this early, but in theory hes a chance. The fact there was no swelling and he was able to bend his knee days after the operation means he won't lose muscle mass in his leg which is the thing that causes the big delays.

we will bring him back this year if he is ready[/QUOTE]

Agree, can only see it happening if he's absolutely cherry ripe.....They will not be risking him at all, if the club has any doubts what-so-ever. As with Lynch and others, they will be very cautious....(Just in my view, no inside info)..........

Club physio said he also had full extension after a few days. I've had 3 leg opps in the last 8 months and the surgeon and physio said that was the first thing to concentrate on because it allows initial quad setting and a quicker pathway to squats and quad building.

From the outside looking in I reckon he's ahead of the game, and if sportsbet had a market I'd chuck a lazy hundred he will be back at the end of the season.

Agree. I have heard very positive stuff, like you say, real early yet but looks good!

Have a feeling he will play if we manage to scrape in and make finals
