Tom Browne on MMM this morning suggested 1-2 weeks.

1 week I can cop as it deserves it (however the MRO have set the bar with Tom Mitchell last year given a misconduct charge so I would fight it on that alone) but 2 week.. gees thats a bit steep.

In Honesty Michaels if it was during play and accidental you would accept 1 week. But doing such a thing of the ball deserves 2 if they are serious. It's cowardly and they need to be firm on punishment. Eg those flogs that bumped Jack and grimes off the ball should have gotten a week or two.

I understand that but honestly that shit is rife out on the footy field and you just have to ignore it. It doesn’t help that people disregard it or doubt mental health claims, playing the mental health card is a term we are all familiar with. And that is just compounded by the cases where people who aren’t genuine use mental health as that card which I’m sure we have all seen in our lives somewhere.
So there is a lot of ground to make up before we can even expect these blokes to take it as seriously as they should.
But on field you just have to pay the shit no heed if you are the target, and I bet at some point nearly every player out there has stooped to a level of ordinary abuse of some sort.
When Dusty was flying he would have just laughed in his face.

Would you expect anything else though ? I’ve been saying it forever this comp is not professionally run , it’s a farce . FFS the GAA in Ireland is actually run more professionally and they are still an actual amateur competition.
