not anywhere near the best 3. dont be delusional.

Bellis played much less shit and i am proud of him but he is not best 22.

Jesus.

So he was much less shit. How shit was he, just slightly shit?

He was huge mate. Premiership player and runner up BnF for a reason. He is no crab

None of whom play the same role.

Why would you be happy to see a guy who played exceptionally well dropped? That confuses me. I hate it when blokes are forced out when playing well. I understand it when you have guns coming back in, but it still sucks to see someone playing well get the arse
brandon wont be dropped in any foreseeable future, he is one of our best structure players... hes a good mark, dual sided, fit, can attack, can defend, runs to the right spots and can be a ball magnet or negater, can kick 55 no probs... hes a 16-24 player, some peeps need to suck it up and accept, he does most things well so, if he makes the odd blunder or poor decision.... take a deep breath shit happens. :)

To all you key board warriors who like to hang shit on a Richmond player every time he has a form drop, go and get...rearranged.

I think those who criticized him (me included) were well within their rights as that level of football started to become his normal game, not a form slump.

However tonight it looked like something clicked for him

The most impressive part of his game for mine was he didn't take a backwards step once at a contest. He just kept running and attacking the ball at all costs.

That's what I want to see from him each week, it really helps round out his game.

Well played by Brando tonight, more of that please!

That's the way he played in 2017. Poleaxing that count Dangerfield out of the way in finals.

If he recaptured that form he is solid best 22. If he doesn't then we are well within rights to ask why he is in the team.

Ellis has talent. Period. Problem is all between his ears, has such little confidence. I am so happy for him. It is not about anything clicking, it is simply that he could relax today. There was no pressure on him.

We had to play him in the middle so he was in the game from the start. He was not required in the backline where his nerves get the better of him. He was not some bit player second string to dusty and Cotchin.

He is a wingman in our full team who helps out in the middle at that is it. Dimma and Brandon have to accept his weaknesses around making decisions and let him play to his strengths.

No it's because those 4 played better. You're on a different planet if you think otherwise
Named BOG on the AFL site, Dimma full of praise. Had more touches than any other Richmond player, kicked a crucial goal and was involved in setting several up.

Yeah, I'm planet cookoo for thinking he was in our top 3.

Nevermind, you obviously think others were better and that's fine. Just an opinion, we all have 'em.

I’ve not been shy in my displeasure with the way he’s been playing, however he had a damn good game tonight and I was very very proud of him. Hopefully he can keep it up because this is what I want to see from him week in and week out.

Would be one of the first I dropped given his lack of upside. He makes as many mistakes as our first years. Just doesn't have the instincts or decision making of even players like Ross, Stack or Baker.
