The selection defied belief, the game style is completely out of step with modern football. Very sad, hard to argue we have improved, and to think Gold Coast is 3 and 1 is embarrssing for us.

Jones's mark should have been payed, but we really really screwed that one up.

This one really hurts, I cant see us winning more than a couple games this season.

We will a few games as back half has improved. Up forward there are glimpses of team work and periods of WTF. Kicking 100 points is still a way off. Not sure our rise up the ladder will go to plan this season.

Jones last mark... that was a mark and the umpires were trying their hardest to get the suns to win. The AFL can't afford to have the suns constantly losing this year like they were supposed to but their trying their hardest to make them into a good side all of a sudden... bullshit! The Suns are no better than us!

As for Murphy, a couple of years ago, he would have been launching that last kick from the 50 through the goals. Now... it appears he can't kick reliably more than 30m.

Other than skill execution, we got smashed in CS hit outs to advantage. The 2nd Q clearances, where got back into the game, were fortunate spills rather than advantageous taps. They tried hard, cant fault their endeavour. I'm tired; and am going to have a rest for the remainder of the 2019 season. Go blues.

Dow costs us 2-3 goals a week with poor kicking and gifts the opposition goals with turnovers. We need to stop drafting kids that can't kick, it's one of the few things that actually hard to improve on
