Truckloads of talent in this current team, but we are so far behind tactically it’s incredible.

Our defence is great, our future midfield is going to be ridiculous and we are going to win games by default this year, but I’m really struggling to see Bolton as our long-term coach. He’s been absolutely benign so far this year.

Dow is going to be fine btw. He’s getting his hands on it, and his fitness is improving, he just needs to tidy up a few aspects of his game.

The days of the knee jerk coach sacking reaction are largely over and have been for a long time. Look at the cleanout Richmond did before their flag - did a club review, replaced most of the staff except for the head coach.

Clubs go through reviews and assess, they don't act on tantrums any more. Although if anyone could do it it'd be Carlton

I'm gonna try my hardest to find some positives.

Our entire backline deserves a raise. Jones, Weiters and Marchy were elite.

Crippa was a beast, Samo played well. Walsh is a star already.

Now the negative.....
How on earth did Paddy Dow go pick 2 or 3? It's called FOOT-ball. He's a liability.

Our key forwards were all over the shop, which added to the ridiculous decision to go to Gibbons(who should never play another game).

Bolton doesn't know how to coach on game day. It's feasible that we go 2 and 20 again. He won't last to the winter at this rate.
