We can all moan and bitch about how much better the Bay used to be in the good 'ol days but what does that solve?

If you have a good idea for a thread, go ahead and make it because that actually helps the situation. Good threads do continue to get made, some just don't get enough attention and others are quickly clogged by shitposts from braindead morans. Mods could probably do more by stickying more promising threads before they get lost among the deluge of rubbish. Unfortunately these days threads have become more about the OP and the OP's team than their actual content, so you'll get amusing threads made but people will just potshot the OP regardless due to past grievances etc.

That's it right there.

The chances of a decent thread not turning into generic: lol norf, richmond vs cats, power vs. crows, or some other drivel is quite low. I don't blame the mods because this place has pretty much turned into 'lord of the flies'
