Caleb Daniel has been the deepest defender all year for the dogs and they’ve recently got JJ back. Dogs concede a lot of inside 50s and aren’t very good at stopping sides from the centre getting it in quickly.

Naughton is an incredible contested mark so jones will need to go hard at him. Jones conceded 1 goal to Wright from the pocket last game from a free kick but he forced him wide and outside 50 mostly.

outside Naughton they don’t have obvious tall targets. Gowers is mid sized and athletic. Probably best option for Weitering. Schache is another option. And leave gowers for Plowman.

Dickson and Lloyd are the other two. Daisy gets Lloyd. Newman or Marchbank gets Dickson.

In the forward line for us ed can go to Daniel. It allows him to spend a little time up the ground to tag when Caleb goes in. Which hasn’t been much this year. Suckling will need looking at too as he has been responsible for a lot of forward forays. This might be a better match up for Ed while gibbons of Polson go to Daniel. Young wood and Cordy will be their three defensive talls. I reckon wood will get first pick. He matches up well with McKay and someone will have to be the sacrifice and lead him away. We shouldn’t be going through whomever has Easton.

Kruezer should smack English. He went 66-10 hitouts v Grundy and I expect him to be better v our ruck but not by much.

Weiters will play on Schache. And own him. Like he always has back to junior days. Will be ugly.

SBYM has claimed Stocker will be in this week.

I'm expecting him to play half back as he has at VFL level, so i'm hoping that Daisy gets moved forward to provide some leadership and be the forward-line general that we've been lacking.

Also has smarts, experience, creativity and showed on the weekend he can still take a hanger. Could be dangerous up there.
