"He was giving this beautiful speech and we were all focused on it then this medical emergency is happening," she told the ABC.

"Stretchers were coming, almost a sort of triage unit was happening and it was just chaos"

No mention of bouts of diarrhoea, I guess they left that to the players.

Everyone said it was a great game but I saw the highlights and it was a real scrubber of a match.The commentators shot their load because Daniher kicked a 55m goal on a slight angle.The crowd were pissed off due to poor umpiring and boring keeping off game plans.With such a big crowd the clubs should have played a more open game style,it was an insult to hard working people who pay good money for entertainment.

lol, I used to go to this pub in WA called the ‘Vic Park Hotel’ to watch footy on Sundays.

They always put on a big free roast lunch on Sundays to attract customers. A true bogan shithole. Used big pieces of plywood to cover the pool tables as a servery and i’d been invited out to the car park more than twice to talk about “football”.

Anyway all the old wino/dero/alcoholics would be there waiting for this feed and as soon as the chef put it out these campaigners were in there like jackals, stuffing bread rolls & butter portions into their jacket pockets whilst loading their plates 1 foot high.

It was @93/94 one day and these two Eagles flogs had eaten so fast that they vomited on the bar, and then used the bread rolls to mop it up and go it again.

It was at that moment I was proud I only had to support a meth riddled, prostituted, gutter dwelling, needle using club like Geelong.

I cheered. Quite a sight indeed.
