Prestia will come straight back in, Yze said he probably could've played on the weekend. Balta too. Ryan for Naismith just has to happen now and I assume Graham will come straight back in, even though he shouldn't.

I assume Libba won't play due to another head knock, which will help. If we manage a win, we may just end Bevos Bulldogs career.

What I'd like to see -
In: Prestia, Balta, Smith, Ryan, McAuliffe, Coulthard, Trezise
Out: Dow, Campbell, Naismith, McIntosh, Banks, Pickett, Grimes

fb- Broad, Young, Trezise
hb- Vlastuin, Miller, Brown
c- Rioli, Prestia, Ralphsmith
hf- Mansell, Balta, Dusty
ff- MRJ, Lefau, Ryan
r- Nank, Bolton, Baker
i/c- Short, Smith, Coulthard, McAuliffe, Sonsie

What we'll probably see -
In: Prestia, Balta, Ryan, Graham
Out: Banks, Campbell, Naismith, McIntosh
:'(

If Sonsie is dropped for Graham.....
libba will be the first player to play after a head knock in the concussion era all ticked off by the foaming in the mouth afl

Genuine question to anyone who is suggesting Graham to come straight back in...
What do you see in his current game and form that will positively contribute to our performance? Other than him being in his mid 20's?

I'm not going to argue or question what you say, I just want to know what people are seeing that I'm not seeing.

It doesn’t matter what we as supporters think. He’s coming straight back in.

Took a bit of a look at the Time on Ground (ToG) percentages for the Freo game as they usually tell a story about where players are at and their importance to our structure.
I won't give all of them but I found a few that I wanted to highlight.
Mansell one of our highest at 86% - I feel like I understand why due to the role he plays and being the key pressure player in the forward line. He had 24 pressure acts on the weekend which was the same as Baker and Sonsie who had 75% and 74% ToG respectively.
I think he needs to be offering more with ball in hand if you're spending near 90% time on the ground.

Miller at 97% was reassuring for me as he appears to be the key man down there nowadays. Grimes was down at 75% which makes sense as he is ageing and we could do worse having him on the bench talking to the kids throughout the game.
Dow was our lowest ToG at 69% (giggity) outside of the subbed players. This seemed to be a reflection of his game as he didn't play well.

Brown at 73% I'd like to see higher along with Sonsie but I understand why.
Pickett at 84% is egregious to me. He doesn't do enough to justify that high of a percentage. I'd like to see that drop to 70% and the balance be divided up between some of our younger players.

Anyways, just an observation I found interesting.

A lot of time on ground would also be decided by the player's endurance level. Mansell and Pickett can run all day, so get high TOG.

Reckon we'll get our behinds kicked. Hawthorn already used up Bulldogs' upset loss to a bottom 3 team

Just once I'd like to be the team that inflicts a loss that ends another coaches tenure. Nothing personal against Beveridge but usually it's us on the receiving end.

i just want (a healthy) balta & ryan as ins, naismith out and then i'm guessing prestia and graham will most likely be additions whether we like it or not

I would like to see it because of all those smug players during the 'Brad Johnson Footscray Dynasty' would be in shock!

😂 media are salivating at the #### ‘s
Of course dogs will beat a half assed tigers side , and media will go with dogs r bavk then they will lose there 4 and Dwarf will be sacked or he will walk
we will win by 10 goals

We win, Bevo gets the axe.

But that's not gunna happen with Graham in.
dont think so

if they loose bevvo will see it as a win as our lists overall is better than thiers

they have a lot of washed up geriatrics still dining out on that 2016 umpires gifted flag
