Cole's brain farts are usually overcommitting and then getting caught out. I guess trying too hard and screwing up seems better than not trying at all or just duffing kicks and handpasses for no apparent reason.

Cole’s career is very frustrating cause early in his career he was like a Ginbey/hough were he was basically a set and forget and looked like a 100 gamer. In 2020 he teased to look like he was potentially going to develop into more of attacking type player but his career essentially stagnated. Last few season you could argue he’s regressed as he hasn’t even been reliable. At this stage in his career he as good as Jacko was and Jacko copped way more hate from fans

I don't think he ever had anywhere near the potential of Ginbey/Hough though.

Was always a solid soldier and that's where he's pretty much maxed out. More than happy to keep him on the list even if the youngsters overtake him this year.

He was really good in 2018 imo. Just feels like he panics and makes mistakes too often when the team around him isn’t purring.

Would be a really solid player in a good team
