Are the Evan’s twins? I think you mentioned they are half backs, what was the knock on them for both to go undrafted?

I know it’s not really a need but getting hits in any position is better than getting a player not up to it
Different birthdates. Cousins maybe? Reckon all have had some coaching from AW1

No relation apparently. Sounds like they're both pretty handy going by the Draft Central.

They provide a good summary of the overagers available for the MSD. If we're after a tall, maybe even Strumpf could be a bit of a smoky...

I actually don't think they're related. Tom definitely the better of the two in my eyes, he's like Lachie Ash running out of defense for them and just seems to hit targets at will. Seems to link up with Cody well through the middle too. As far as I can tell Tom played as a half forward previously and has only recently gone down back and excelled since.

Connor is a bit more medium size and from what I understand was in a horrific accident in his draft year which left him unable to play most of the year.

Anyway, probably not the right thread to discuss them too much.

Cody was quality
Mingara Clark was a innaccurate with 1.4 today from 6 touches (seems to play one out in the goal square which I find interesting)
Gresham very quiet
Ison still missing for reasons I'm not sure. Assuming injury

Currently averaging 20 and a goal a game

Happy with that big time
As a bottom ager that rotates forward and spends his fair share of time on the bench 20-25 is very handy.

Last week he basically spent the whole match up forward after getting tagged early which brought down his disposals a fair bit.

Stumpf was pretty much the star of the draft combine last year. Very athletic key swingman. Probably very slow burn.

Didn't realise both boys were in the tigs nga.

Such a weird system!
I rate it. Andrew bleeds blue his sons are ours. Tigers fans can say all they want about their future, when you bleed blue nothing else will do!

I imagine they are just loading up on more high quality training

Had a look at this - a series of games was played last week. Arli kicked 3 in that match, but didn't kick any in any of the other matches. I didn't find any "best players" list.

However, here's the Richmond v Carlton match:

Note, playing for Carlton was Nason Lovett-Murray, who is Jeff Garlett's son if I'm not mistaken. So looks like he may come to use either through father/son or NGA...? Is also very promising.

If I've done my sums right, I think Arli is also bottom age for under 15s, and Nason the year behind that. So both will be an interesting watch in years to come.

Interesting fact is the Leon Davis is Nasons Step Father .
Mason is a gun .

Jeff Garletts son, Leon Davis as step-father and Eddie Betts as Jeffys mentor so you'd think he's been around...

Far out this kid must have some talent.

And Nathan Lovett-Murray is his uncle (mum's brother).
Which will make Nason the great-great grandson of Sir Douglas Nicholls.

Andrew Lovett also a cousin (once-removed) on mother's side.

Buddy Franklin, Des Headland and Cruize Garlett all cousins (once-removed) on father's side.

I don't think that's a complete list either!

Fair pedigree!! Just hope he wants to come to us!
