What are your predictions for Lions AA squad and team members>

Andrews
Bailey (last few weeks playing on ball may just get him a nod)
Dunkley (best defensive mid in the game, but unfortunately won't get rewarded)

I don't think Andrews and Zorko have had their best seasons but also don't think anyone else has had a clear better year in their roles

Bailey would be deserving for the squad but there are a few that have had at least as good a season

Dunks could get squad

I think Wilmot would be our next best option but will need the traditional 2-3 high syandard seasons to really get noticed

Think Andrews last month has elevated him above the pack and having not been AA for so long he deserves it as career achievement as well.

Zorko will maybe go the other way; he's been as good as last year but maybe last year will be seen as his reward and they'll find someone else to reward this year? Maybe NWM will get the nod as the attacking half back.

The whole football media would be embarassed if McCluggage doesn't get inthis year given everytime he is mentioned they all say "surely this is the year he'll be AA".

If Bailey had kicked 40:21 instead of 33:28 he'd probably be a lock for the AA team this year but that might hurt him enough to even miss the squad. But good for him to get elevated into the conversation for potential future consideration.

Rankine should be a lock. Adel finished first and he was a big reason why.

What am I missing with this obsession with St Kilda's Cal Wlikie

Agreed - and to be honest, Bailey Dale. He fills his boots agains the lower ranked sides, but arguably isn't as impactful as Zorko or Ash against the top 8 teams. He misses for mine.

Serong for me has had an ordinary year. Dunkley if they truly valued his role should get a bench spot.
Bailey should get squad, surely.
