I honestly couldn't watch much after she fell to the ground, but that guy at least restored some faith in humanity for me. I just wish he, or anyone else, arrived 3 minutes earlier.

Yep. Fair play to that guy or at least helping. By the amount of blood loss, you could tell there was nothing he could do, but at least it looks like he made sure sh knew that someone actually cared for her before she passed. From the videos I've seen it was the grey hoody that tries to help her. Credit to him, but the others, I understand it takes a few seconds to respond then the shock and the fear of the situation would have contributed, but I mean seriously just to ignore a young innocent woman in need of help.
I hope they feel guilt for the rest of their lives.

No the hoody guy doesn't come back. It looks like a man possibly of Indian descent that is the person who tries to save her. A lady also helps and another man. The guy 2 seats behind her hangs around the entire time in the full video but not sure if he does any help. He at least looks concerned.

Possibly at first, I'm not sure where the wound was because you can't see anything from her shirt up to her jaw, maybe in the collarbone area ?

Once she slumps onto the ground she really started to bleed out and 4 of them were still there when this happened, they could have at least called out for help. I'm shocked that there is no law enforcement on the train. Not even security. For a country so violent I find that weird.

The full video is on her wiki, the fatal blow looks to be in the right clavicle area which would be the Subclavian artery and also on her chest. The video is 18mins long and shows that people did come to her aid (1:38min after the first blow) and tried to help but unfortunately she was unlikely to survive even if paramedics were the next seat over.

I sometimes feel we are too quick to judge those bystanders. While we all like to think we’d intervene in that moment, we all know that deep down many of us would have a strong “flight” impulse after witnessing something so shocking.
