For me this is the biggest draft mistake we made. Aleer or Wilmot down back. Sheldrick or Johnson in the midfield.

Johnson was the absolute biggest no brainer for us and most on here recognised it at the time. Still do wonder how much is picking the talent vs development. Lots of talk that Chesser was also on Brissys radar

At least ROB and co traded down and got Burgiel too...

Because GC don’t have white shorts made up. Them and Sydney get the ‘red team bonus’ of not needing them unless their clash jumper is also white.

Could say this about literally any player. Hell, it's been said about Murphy Reid too.

At some point you have to blame the drafting and well, there's been plenty of posts here highlighting how few of them are still with us. And none became stars at other clubs with better systems after they were delisted or traded by us unless they were already good players with us, like Barrass.
