This didn’t age well
I'm sad, I liked Simons and now I have to cheer against him.

Oh well, at least we have the early game today and I can watch it all without screwing my sleep cycle.

Yeah, think we're all a bit shocked. Thought after we sold Nkunku it was a formality. Strange.

In Joao Pedro we trust! He's been huge.

Tosin and Caicedo were brilliant tonight.

Chalobah was also awesome.

Thought George playing up top was a strange decision.

Great result. Far from convincing, but very important to bank early season wins.

First half was very poor, but we looked better in the second half.

Enzo for MOTM with the goal and assist :P.

In all seriousness, Joao Pedro is my MOTM and he looks like a real upgrade on Jackson. He was outstanding today.

The club negotiated a loan deal with Bayern for Jackson that looked financially quite favourable to us, then torpedoed it because Delap got hurt last night. And Jackson is understandably furious about it.

The club has really made a pig's ear of this, should have had another striker in already if they were going to let Jackson go. Maybe they can go get last season's youth team whizz kid Donnell McNeilly who scored against the first team multiple times in training, but rejected a new contract and left. He seems to be still without a club. Maybe the promise of more playing time will change his mind.

Tough watch this morning against Bayern Munich.

Just a class above us unfortunately.
I'm not so sure. All three goals we played a big part of. Did need a few good saves from Sanchez, and earlier subs, but otherwise I think we did pretty well.

I might re-watch it again. Maybe emotions are getting the better of me.

I was just frustrated with how we conceded the three goals.

Geez Sanchez tests our patience, very capable of brilliant saves but also dumb moments. Far too many of them.

United first goal looked well offside, why wasn't that pulled back.

Pressure is going the mount on Maresca(if it isnt already). Benfica and Liverpool up next at home, lose those 2 and it's going to get ugly in the stands.

Betcha it'll be De Zerbi next.
His game management isn't great. Seems to panic and is reluctant to really make any changes to try and turn a game. However, the SDs need to be on the chopping first. Inexcusable to spend the amount of money we have and still have glaring holes in the side

For some reason the SDs are Teflon. And they've already started the media briefings about Top 4 is non negotiable and this seasons squad is better than lasts.

We'd have to be the worst run big club around with the amount of money we burn. Useless bastards can't even organise a FOS sponsor and it's been 3 seasons without one.

Welcome back Jose! Forever my favourite manager.

"I will always be a Blue. I am part of their history. They are part of my history. I helped them to become a bigger Chelsea. And they helped me to become a bigger Jose. When I say I am not a Blue, I am only speaking about the job I have to do tomorrow."

Had multiple attempts to win it too, wasn't like we got lucky. We deserved the win.

Estavao is going to be a very special player

What a top quality response after the debacle at United, 2 huge wins.

Though I question his in game management at time hes got this one spot on. You can see how much the players are buying in and love playing for him, it's nice to see.

Good result against Forest. Still don't know whether we're any good or not, but a strong second half in the end. Very fitting that James scored in his 200th appearance for the club.

The ill-discipline of our players needs to be addressed with Gusto being the latest player to be sent off. It's going to cost us at some point if we don't get on top of it.

That's 5 wins out of 5 in our head to head league battles against Ange. Think his days at Forest are numbered.
