Here is PART 4

Donald Trump was sworn in as president of the United States on Monday 20th January, 2025 in Washington DC.

The Assassination of Charlie Kirk

Take Note

Anti-trans commentary and nastiness will be deleted and warnings issued.

I'd suggest you may want to learn a bit about US politics and comparisons to politics around the world, if you think the Dems are split in any way involving radical leftists.

I know plenty.

I know "The Squad" is very much a left wing faction. Omar and AOC are left leaning.

Unlike the Blue Dog Coalition which is centre right.

I suggest you look them up.

You said you were laughing at Jennings (and me). Exactly what was it about Jennings' reaction to that horrific event that was so funny it compelled you to share with us your mirth?
Jennings is a bit of a clown in general, on CNN to rile people up with his partisan hackery.

In the videos, he makes a quip about being told no-one on the left would ever cheer political violence, which I found amusing (laughing at him though). Maybe there's some who might say that, but no-one serious would say it's 100% right wing behaviour. He'll use it to make a point though. Then he went on in the video regarding the beheading to use it to support the Trump administrations actions, which despite it being no laughing matter, deserves to be mocked. Unfortunately there's no mock react.

Strange phrasing from a 22 year old texting on a phone. How many young people type the extra four letters to say vehicle instead of car? Or 'retrieve' instead of get. Sounds like someone with a law enforcement/military background - "drop point". Outfit, instead of clothes? Really?

I'm well aware, but nice attempt at a comeback.

What you say here in this post is true, however I do seem to notice a lack of "radical leftist".

It's more on you than anything else. It's been explained ad nauseum to anyone who bothers to listen. Most of the discussion is driven by conservative fear-mongering, very rarely do you see any actual transgender people being spoken to.

Well what if the explanations don't seem logical to someone?

I think you'll find for most people it's that it makes no sense at all to them.

And the explanations you give don't sway that view.

So not fear. Just not believing the explanation.

Like the whole college sport panic about trans people. Less than 10 athletes out of 510,000 are trans. Of course you'll know the names of half of them because conservatives love to attack trans people.

There's a whole transgender thread on SRP with at least one actual transgender poster, who does actual research on sports performance, that you could ask. Looks like you've got 0 posts in there though which suggests you're less interested in learning anything about the topic than you are in simply using it a conservative fear-mongering argument to demonise 'the left'.

That's a rather arrogant activist kind of attitude you're portraying there.

Never considered that it's that kind of attitude that puts people off your message?

OK. I understand your original post a bit better now.

My solution is for everyone to dislike or at the least have some healthy disdain for politicians of entrenched parties.
Pretty sure even around here no one has much love or faith in the Democrats, they've been pretty useless and uninspiring. But you have to bat for the lesser evil.

And you just proved why the right are surging.
Only in America.

Remember our last election? Trumpist type politics got thoroughly rejected, thankfully.

To give Trump some credit, I don't think anyone else could have solved the conflict between Aberbaijan and Albania. Give the man the Noble Peace Prize!

He's kept Nambia quiet and drug deaths have reduced from a peak of 310 million US citizens per year. Amazing!

You most certainly do not.

You can reject both.

Only in America.

World wide.

Lots of protests and counter protests going on.

I mean, if you're a starry-eyed idealist who doesn't really understand or care about the impacts of the worse option having power, I guess.

Or you have the backbone not to vote for either.

Which many Americans do.

I think that so many people not voting highlights that perfectly.

That this image of all Americans giving a shit is used to push agendas and ratings.

There's a large group of Americans whose lives are all about just going about doing their own thing and not buying into the bullshit.

I actually love it, always know how badly they've crashed out and found themselves devoid of even semi-coherent arguments when they start banging on about post counts.

That or [banned acronym] :thumbsu:

Bostonian do you now agree it's silly to attack a poster for their post count in a thread, without context?
Or you're still insisting that you're just mass posting as the 'expert'?

Lots of words to say you don't have all that much interest in actually learning about the topic. That's fine, but probably don't keep bringing it up as a talking point if you're willingly ignorant.

You didn't preface your post with *according to me

I have zero interest in a religious person learning me about God.

Doesn't mean I can't talk about God not being real does it?

I don't know, you seem to have a problem with people talking about Trump, since you don't really have an interest anymore.
