Bye Collingwood. All year ive been copping it from Pies fans. All year we have heard Daicos this and Daicos that.

All year we have heard that Collingwood were the best team. I have been saying all year that they were "just a good team".

Proof is in the pudding...look at their last 7 weeks heading into Finals...garbage form. Then they beat Adelaide in week 1 of Finals footy....Qualifying Final....how did that form transpire...Adelaide out in Straight Sets. That form was not strong.

Collingwood got found out. Simple as that. They peaked too early.

Brisbane were an absolute rabble when Fagan took over at the end of 2016

First two years they finished 18th then 17th

About to play in their 3rd GF in as many years

Get things right and there’s hope for us

I love the positivity and I don't want to burst your bubble...but its very hard with the rules Free agency draft picks getting pushed back and back Father sons and Academies

yes it was great to see the pies lose....but we do have a team that is playing in the third GF in a row thanks to above

Yes we will improve but in all honestly I can't see teams in the West doing anything ...unless there is significant rule changes to the comp

Is it just me or is Dev a possibility to be grand final sub?

Day, Tunstill and Joyce were the named emergencies

On that basis, I’d expect Tunstill to get the call up if Neale cant play

Is there a way we can pre-lodge the paperwork for O.Allen?

Another week of this and Brisbane will start getting second thoughts about paying so much for player that is no better than the kids they already have.
He will end up down back as a Lester and Gardiner replacement

Jon “the truck” Ralph coming in hot on fox that Starcevich gave away a front on free kick and was one of the worst missed kicks of the year because he pulled down Elliot’s arms, didn’t have eyes on the ball and then made front on contact.. Jon brown took him on questioned his eyesight when the reply clearly showed his eyes on the ball, he hit the ball and contact front in… the truck semi reversed

it's ok, we predicted this when we were first playing him, has both key back and ruck experience, a true unicorn that can play anywhere, they can go from one Big O, and downgrade to a medium O.

Brisbane don’t strike me as the sort of unprofessional organisation that would spend 12+ months courting a player to the point where he agrees to come across and then pull their offer at the last minute

Even if they do, Allen would have other suitors who’d be more than happy to bring in a KPF as a free agent

Absolute worst case scenario is we keep him on our contract terms. Does mean we don’t get pick 2 but the draft thread is full of people bitching about how shit this draft is and/or we’re going to take CDT with that pick

Craig McRae raises the missed free kick then says he doesn’t want to make excuses

I disagree with this.

We have shown that top 2 basically guarantees us a GF birth. When we are going, it’s bloody tough for other teams to beat us here. It is a huge advantage (but also disadvantage with the travel load).

11-12 wins in Perth means we only have to find a handful of wins on the road. Yeah it’s hard, but we did it twice ten years ago.

The problem is, the travel load makes it unsustainable for us to be up year after year, like Geelong, now Brisbane, hawks in the past etc.

Until the roster and GF location is fairer, strong VIC teams will always dominate vs WA teams. They get to play 17/18 games in VIC each year. On average 12 of those games vs interstate or lowly VIC teams. Its the same benefit WA teams at home have minus the travel and on top the home GF.

Fine line, but you gotta call that play on I think.

If it were us, we would be screaming about the no call also
