Absolutely bonkers from the Pies. The too old, too slow Cats of the 22 GF were 28y7months.

Pendulbury deserves all the plaudits for his longevity and durability of his career (travel burden or not, running around at elite level at 37 is unheard-of and should be celebrated). But he suffered the old man calf injury before the biggest game of the year. His body is finally giving up.

He is contracted to go around again next year, but I dunno, I feel like there might be a mid season retirement.

They'll be amongst it again next year, but with the likes of the Hawks, Brissy again, Suns, Saints, even, I feel North improving with much more youthful vigor, they will want to start transition out there older stalwarts for some fresh legs, or end up like us, Richmond (probably closer to the tigers than us).

No free for mine, was beautifully done by West Coast legend Craig Starcevich. So glad we've got him and Lachie McNeale on the roster next year.

I've watched this loads of times now and he did a bloody good job IMO, they're forever saying running back with the flights about the gutsiest thing you can do.
His are 100% on the ball at all times and he makes really good contact with the ball.

Collingwood have had sustained success for an extended period of time, making numerous GFs and winging 3 since the '87.
Richmond have been a basketcase and a meme of 9thmond for as long as I can remember.
They have had one period of success and that's it (fair they made hay and won 3). But are now back to wooden spooners and irrelevant clubs

I think if we are ranking the success of clubs since '87, Collingwood beat out Richmond every day of the week.
