First crop since the ‘90’s to be leapfrogged for a SSA carnival.

For those who got to play this year as underagers, it doesn’t affect them but, for the rest, they’ll have to try their best to contest for the U16 underage spots next year or 2027.

The FS and ac discussions in 2029 will be interesting.

This crop will also be part 3 of the list concessions for the Tassie Devils.

If it goes ahead, this crop could be part of the mature age exposure a possible Canberra team could see itself being part of.

For this year, tread carefully with possible over criticisms.

I met Zachariya Kassaby at the U16 Balwyn v Citz game. He's a pies NGA. He got the BOG medal in his GF for Kew Comets U14 Div 1 on Sunday morning. Also captain. According to his friends, had 34 and kicked 3.
Had me take a photo of him and his two medals hah.

Its a shame this group misses out on the U15 carnival and will have to wait until U16's.

I'd expect [PLAYERCARD]Jake Lloyd[/PLAYERCARD] (Essendon F/S) will be playing against these lads quite a bit even though he's in the 2030 draft. Coming through Haileybury in the APS where his Dad coaches when not doing his media commitments. Lloyd jnr is apparently looking extremely fundamentally solid at this very early stage.

Watched Arli Walker in his Grand Final last weekend and dear god... Genuinely think he might be better than Cody

There was a couple of huge units playing for Mooroopna wearing 2 and 13, anyone have any idea who they are? Looked pretty promising in terms of athletic ability but could have just been man child scenarios. Certainly seemed to play with a bit of burst and speed though so I'm thinking they might be more than that. The three of them certainly stuck out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the kids.
