I’ve never disputed he had a finger injury, he had one and then they continued to list him on there even though he didn’t have it and then at round 9 they took him off it, almost 11 weeks later with TBC the entire time

Back in 2007, Harley missed 6-7 weeks after a finger injury

So yeah, depending on the seriousness of the finger injury it can keep players sidelined for an extended period of time as you've got to wait for the finger to heal from any surgery and then get the movement back into it as tendon injuries aren't always a quick recovery
