It may have been discussed already, but does anyone know why Text Wangerneen wasn't invited to train with Port?

St Kilda are going to take him, building that familial connection with NWM, which will make it harder for us to pry him out?
This might actually work against them if he's delisted in a years time

He's got the inside direct from Cal's articles on AFL.com

Where do you think Cal gets his intel?

Is Jaiden Stephenson a good chance at earning a spot next year?…. Just curious of your thoughts
From all the feedback so far, he has fitted in well, is well-liked, and is deadly serious about making it back. Early days still, but it seems like a spot might be his if he keeps that trajectory.

50/50 at this stage - is he focused on footy and not gambling, drugs, booze etc. ? And what effect has being out of the game at the highest level had?
His days of gambling booze and what ever he was doing is gone … I personally know the Stephenson’s .. I watched him in suburban level last year and he was way to classy for them but I also think he learnt a lot from it …he’s come over there with a razor sharp ambition to get back to afl … I’d ask him but he can’t tell me what the supporters think so I asked all you guys… appreciated your reply’s

I hope he earns a shot. We now have a group of people at the club whose judgement I would trust implicitly and if they think he is worth a list spot, that's good enough for me.

Well it’s not going to cost a lot and with 122 afl games experience … I think it’s worth the punt on him …. If it works it’s awesome for you guys … if you get the 2018/19 Jaidyn you will love it … if it fails well it cost nothing for the risk

If he comes over here and busts his gut to win a premiership for the PAFC the members will love him.

I would say that he and Port have a similar wayward history given Hinkley's tenure. So his redemption arc would fit in with a lot of players on our list at the moment.
I'm hoping the improvement in our coaching panel and overall structure will show tangible improvements on the field, both at the individual and team level, and that Jaiden can be a part of that, as we are crying out for a classy forward of his type.

HE WAS LAST TO LEAVE BECAUSE HE WAS ALSO THE LAST TO ARRIVE AND SOMETHING ABOUT UBER EATS - Two hundred and forty volts
