Depends on the injury situation.
Personally I think if we get a good run with injury we will win 9 or 10 games.
If we have another shocker with injury he will survive but we will be bottom 5 again.

If we're bottom 4 again, I would hope that if his contract is extended, it's only on a year by year basis.

There’s a reasonable argument that this year is year 2 of a full rebuild.

So not sure what his total years at the club have to do with it. Wins and losses are also a poor way to measure team success.

I agree that no coaches get infinite time and sooner rather than later we should be expecting growth and an upward climb on the ladder but that point is likely 2 seasons from now at the earliest
