I think we have good food in much of Australia and if you search hard enough or pay enough you'll get good food. But stuff me if I can find a reasonably priced good meal in QLD. I've gone to a couple of high end places which were good and some restaurants connected to hotels like Novotel which were fine but unless I cook the meal myself I always find myself disappointed going to a a random place, especially on the Gold Coast.

I’ve found this when I go there for work - mind you I’ve not become familiar with Brisbane so might have just got unlucky.

I think this is the first time I’ve seen the word ‘tarpaulin’ in writing.

Foldable lock. Strong, and nice and easy to transport around, although may get a second lock for times where I'm leaving it out of sight for a longer period of time.

Went a sturdy longer u-lock + a cable for securing the wheels. So between the heavy duty folding lock and u-lock plus the cable, I should be fine. If someone manages to steal it now, suppose I'd just have to tip my cap to them lol.

So how are all my Hollow Knight friends doing?

I picked the game back up a couple of weeks ago. Took a couple of days to complete Colosseum of Fools and get my muscle memory back.
Took me about an hour and a half to defeat NIGHTMARE KING GRIMM? I feel like that's a really good effort.

In the WHITE PALACE now. Sadly almost finished!

I know her. We’ve played together in the past and I became friends with Vika and Linda way back, but I was closer to Vika.

We probably haven’t seen each other in a decade but it’s nice to get a card, and reminded me we should catch up. Friends are friends.

Here's the thing.

I was in a cafe in Northcote today. In walked [PLAYERCARD]Matthew Richardson[/PLAYERCARD] with a little girl. (Hopefully his own.) He's a big unit.
I've always liked him. In particular I find his self deprecating humour charming.
I said "hey Richo ... Just wanted to say I love your work". He responded .... "Thanks ... I appreciate that".
On the way out he took the (minimal) trouble to catch my eye and nod.
Lovely fellow.
