I personally think just 16 games in and at age 20 he is looking the goods to be part of our future midfield brigade.

Has some mature agers now coming in during the offseason to add further competition, as well as dark horse rookie selection Rodriguez, whom I like the look of. I’m all for that, but remain confident that Feathers is building and will solidify himself as an important cog in there

Perhaps he's just paying homage to Rutger Hauer's stirring performance in Blade Runner. This is also how he got the nickname 'feathers'.
