Dude you sound too emotional to be a parent if you can't understand you can support your son by making him take responsibility for his actions and helping him become a better person instead of helping him avoid accountability

Bit weird you didn't answer this and continue to attack anyone with no sympathy for the perpetrator or his family

You seem genuinely unhinged about this, so you keep going off like a loon and I’ll be parking it here.

We've given talk about the Silvagni's a lot of latitude but it's now time to close that discussion down.

There are plenty of other forums on this site and elsewhere if you feel a strong urge to continue discussing it.

Kinnear Beatson (Swans List Manager and former recruiter) shares his thoughts in relation to Josh Dunkley being overlooked by the Swans in the 2015 Draft.

He applies reasoning and logic. You don't always get them right.

His question about whether he would have remained at the Swans is certainly an interesting one. As we know, he left the WB for more opportunity as a full time midfielder. Would he have been given that role in the early years at the Swans? Probably not. He would have been competing against Tom Mitchell in those early years for a midfield position. Would Dunks' attitude / mindset resulted in him still requesting a trade for more opportunities? It's definitely possible.

In hindsight, knowing then what he knew now, absolutely Beatson gets Dunkley to the Swans. But that's hindsight.

A little weird because it was widely reported that they didn’t bid on him to let him stay in Victoria. I’m pretty sure it was noted pre-draft that he wasn’t going to nominate as a father son initially because he wanted to stay in Victoria but had got worried about interest from interstate (West Coast if I remember correctly)

Does say that it was a recruiter not at the Dogs or Swans that was a source in the article but everything made complete sense at that time. I think they are still worried they’d get in trouble for draft tampering. They did very well to find Jordan Dawson in the 50s

Interesting to read that Port drafted one of Butters best mates in Watkins after passing on him multiple times over the last few years.

Has abit of last chance saloon about it.

Beatson is a good operator and done a great job at the Swans.

Riddells Creek boy as well 😜
